A man goes into a bar and asks for a glass of water. After finishing it, the waitress takes a gun from the bar and points at him. He says “thank you” and goes away. What did the man have?

He had the hiccups 

There’s a black car driving on a black road. Both the street lights and the car lights are turned off, and the buildings are also black. A black cat is crossing the road and the car stops to let it pass. How could he see it?

It was daylight.

Not far from Madrid there's a large wooden barn. The barn is completely empty except for a dead man hanging from the middle of the centrasl rafter. The rope around his neck is 10 ft long and his feet are three feet off the ground. The nearest wall is 20 ft away from the man. It's not possible to climb up the walls or along the rafters. The man hanged himself. How did he do it?

He climbed on a block of ice which has since melted. 

A woman dies because of a long telephone conversation.

She was just coming from the mechanic, where she had picked up her car. The mechanic forgot to put on the brakes, and he was trying to reach her and tell her, but he couldn't because she was talking on the telephone the whole time.

A man is found in the middle of the countryside dead, with the only a closed box next to him.

The box is a parachute that didn’t open … It wasn’t the luckiest day in the man’s life.
