  How do we form the Present perfect continuous?

For / Since

We often use for and since with perfect tenses.

We use 'for' to talk about a duration. (How long something has happened for)

"I've been teaching for 8 years."

We use 'since' to talk about a specific time an action started.

"I've been teaching since 2013."

Do we use the time expressions with for (duration) or since (specific time)? Match them.
