About the English Lessons
*  We will start with some tests and assignments to assess your level
* You will need to buy a multilevel license from Pearson (more about this later)
* We will work collectively at B1 or B2 level, but you will get the chance to work at your own level individually (A1 - C1)

After 6 months it is possible to take the exams on the condition that you have completed the course

More about the English Lessons
* We will use a 6-month multilevel license, which you must buy from Pearson.com (€27,20, including a 15% discount). I will place the link and instructions in Teams.

*  The method we will use is called 'Roadmap'. It is entirely digital.

* Make sure you buy the license as soon as possible because the license code is usually not sent to you immediately after purchasing. This may even take a few hours!

* You will work with the Pearson (English Connect) website, but I will create Teams assignments with instructions as a reminder for the English assignments.

Exemptions (vrijstellingen) and mandatory (verplichte) assignments
* You can get an exemption if you have already taken English exams and passed them at MBO LEVEL 4, HAVO, or VWO

* If you have an exemption, you still come to class for the attendance check. After the check, you find a spot in the hallway or canteen,  where you can work on LWPs or other school assignments.

* Almost every LWP contains an assignment for English, which is mandatory for everyone, including those with an exemption!
