Exercise is very important for staying healthy. When we exercise, our muscles get stronger. We can do many types of exercise, like running, swimming, or playing sports. Exercise helps our heart and lungs work better. It also helps us feel happy because it reduces stress. Many people exercise to stay fit and to lose weight. It is good to exercise every day, even if it's only for 30 minutes. Stretching is also important to make our muscles flexible. Regular exercise gives us more energy and helps us sleep better. Remember, exercise is not just for our body but also for our mind!
