• Try to speak as much English as possible. 
• Be mindful, respectful & communicate!
• Be on time: more than 5 minutes = too late.

A lot of you were able to explain their answers in details. Well done!! 

However, the reason you only received 1 point is because you were not thorough enough. 

Question 2 & 8

Because there is a lot of nature. It is about the ocean, it is about daffodils. 

It is about the power of nature and its influence on human emotions. 

It is about nature as a supplement for god/religion or a mysterious force

BTW this is part of the Romantics but also the Victorian Age!

Question 3 

Mention 1 stylistic and 1 sound technique that is used in the excerpt. Make sure to explain why it is that specific sound technique or stylistic device. 

 1 point for a correct sound technique + 0,5 point for explaining why + 1 point for a correct stylistic device + 0,5 point for explaining why. (3 points in total)

- sound technique  is not about spelling, it is about sound!!!

- rhyme is not a sound technique, too vague > assonance or consonance is.

If you did not include a theme then it does not make sense and can never get a point.
