Er verandert niets aan het woord.

Adverbs zeggen iets over (o.a) het werkwoord

Meestal komt er -ly achter het woord.

Een bijvoeglijk naamwoord gebruik je om iets of iemand 

te omschrijven. Een bijvoeglijk naamwoord wordt vaak gevolgd door een zelfstandig naamwoord.

That is an amazing girl.

Adverb = bijwoord

Een bijwoord gebruik je om aan te geven HOE iemand iets doet. 

Een bijwoord omschrijft vaak een werkwoord, 

maar ook een ander bijwoord, 

een bijvoeglijk naamwoord 

of de hele zin.

                                                                                    Mary sings wonderfully.

                                                     My grandparents talk incredibly loudly.

                            I am eating an amazingly delicious steak right now.

Superhero form:

Wears a special costume with a cape and looks very strong.

Wears armor with special designs and a mask.

Glows and can float, looks very magical.

Can move things with their mind and know what others are thinking.

Can control things like fire, water, air, and earth.

Can disappear and appear in different places.

Voorbeeldzin:

If you never smoke, you will be healthier.

Een first conditional is een voorwaarde.

Deze voorwaarde wordt gevormd door een if-sentence.

Oftewel: als aan deze voorwaarde wordt voldaan, dan zal dit gaan gebeuren.

- Als iets waarschijnlijk gaat gebeuren, nu of in de toekomst

- if + present simple --> will + werkwoord ... 

If he gets the day off, we will go to London.

Hoe maak je een first conditional?

Een conditional bestaat uit twee delen:

1. de if-sentence

2. de hoofdzin

Hoe vorm je deze twee delen:

1. de if-sentence staat in de Present Simple.

2. in de hoofdzin wordt will + hele werkwoord gebruikt.

If-sentences (alleen het antwoord op schrijven.
