The people cared a lot about working hard, being respectable, family and religion.

During this  lesson we'll learn more about the people of the Victorian era and what their lives looked like.

Buying all the items you needed meant trips to multiple different stores. There were no supermarkets!

In pairs: decide in what kind of shops you could buy the following items from back in Victorian times.

You have 3 minutes to decide. Remember that supermarkets only started to be around in the 1920's.

Final assignment: Simulise

Create a diary entry in one day in the life of a poor,  little Victorian child and one day in the life of a rich Victorian child.

Individual: write a short reflection about the Little Victorian workshop. Think about:

Who did you play, (which role) ? 

Could you understand the actors? Did you find it difficult to understand them?
