Power Station

Electricity is generated all over the world in various power stations. A power station supplies the generated electricity to several places such as homes, offices and factories

Main Supply

The point where household receive this electricity though wires/pipes is known as the main supply

How do you think the electricity is reaching all the appliances of your home?

Socket

We often use electrical appliances by plugging them into a socket in the wall. Sockets help to distribute electricity received at the main supply
