• 1 item you have lost in the bus / train
• write down its description
• write down date & time 
• write down reward 
•  write down your (imaginary) address 

Example

• lost: designer bag 
• Green with pink stripes; medium size; scarf around it.. etc
• 5th of May, 5pm, returning from Haarlem to Voorhout
• 50 euros voucher
• Voorhout main street, 14 A

You are going to go to the Lost& Found center to report your loss

Transport staff

• Greeting
• Ask the commuter questions: why they are there; what they lost; ask the date & time; ask them to describe the loss; ask for tell & address. End conversation.
