You do not need to write down an adres

Dear Sir/Madam, if you don't know the names
Dear Mr Smith, / Dear Ms Smith, etc. if you do know the names

Say why you are writing, who you are and what you are responding to.

The message, look in the assignment what is asked of you. Organise your e-mail so that you mention each of the areas in the assignment

 Use formal ending:

Use a formal, neutral style of writing
No abbreviations 
No colloquial language
No exclamation marks

Step #1 make a plan

- Look at what they are asking from you.
- Then take a look at the structure of the review.

4. Your recommendation

1. Title
Come up with a fun and catchy title! 
You have to make people want to read your review.
Make them curious!

2. Introduction 
Bombay You can start with a question to grab the attention of the reader. 
e.g. If you love Indian food then you definitely must go and eat at Bombay Spice.

A fact about the topic, for example when its a well known book. 
e.g. There are not many people who have not heard of Harry Potter

Or give some background information. 
e.g. Sunweb has been around since the year 2000.

3. what they ask from you
Look at the assignment and write down what they want from you.
Are they asking about a book? or do they simply want your opinion about a trip or restaurant?
Are they asking one or multiple things from you?

4. your recommendation

We want to hear your opinion! Tell us about why or why not you think other people should read/eat/watch/experience it!
Yes or no is not an answer!
No opinion is wrong!
