Present Continuous:  (am/are/is + ww + ing) om aan te geven dat iets op dat moment gebeurt als je erover praat of schrijft.
I am typing this right now. 
He is watching TV at the moment.

Present Simple: (hele ww / SHIT regel - he/she/it krijgt -s) om aan te geven dat iets altijd, vaak, regelmatig, soms of nooit gebeurt of bij feiten.
I always use my laptop to watch Netflix.
He never goes to school by bus.
