2. Kijk in welke tijd de zin staat voor het hulpwerkwoord. 
tegenwoordige tijd? Gebruik: am / is / are | verleden tijd? Gebruik: was / were

3. Gebruik het voltooid deelwoord van het hoofdwerkwoord. 

My sister is attacked (by angry penguins).

1. The basketball player throws the ball at his friend.

--> Basketball player is active: they throw the ball.

--> throw = tegenwoordige tijd!

Passive: Balls are thrown at his friend (by the basketball player)

2. The basketball player threw the ball at his friend

--> threw = verleden tijd!

Passive: Balls were thrown at his friend.

In beide gevallen het voltooid deelwoord thrown
