  • Before 1960 = Mostly Europe (Anglo-Americans)
    ->  Immigrants from all over Europe (Italy, Greece, Germany)
    -> 200 million Americans have European roots
         (that is almost 2/3)

  • Europeans came to "The Great" America because they wanted to build a better life / future for themselves.
