Dear Sir/Madam,

On 21 December, I bought an LG rollable OLED for £80 at the SuperTech shop in Reading as a Christmas gift for my brother.

When my brother received his gift, he got really excited and wanted to try it out immediately. After half an hour there was some kind of glitch and the screen stopped working. Since the LG rollable OLED has a two-year guarantee, we went back on 28 December to ask whether it could be repaired or replaced.

Unfortunately, the shop assistant could not do either of those things for we did not have the original packaging. This was probably put in the rubbish with all the Christmas wrapping paper. Luckily the manager was satisfied enough with the original receipt and we got a replacement for the rollable screen. However, this one did not work at all; it did not even start up.

I would highly appreciate a quick resolution to this problem. I have included a copy of my original receipt and a copy of the guarantee.

Yours faithfully,
M. Drake
