Je draait samen met een collega een dagdienst, je dag zit er bijna op en je merkt dat je moe begint te worden. Je wilt samen met je collega starten met de laatste ronde voor de overdracht en op hetzelfde moment meldt er zich een bezoeker bij de balie. Ook zie je dat een medewerker net weg wil lopen, terwijl hij een sleutel op de balie heeft gelegd. Deze sleutel heeft hij eerder op de dag bij jou opgehaald.
