Some/any: uitzonderingen
'Some': als je ergens om vraagt of een aanbod doet en een positief antwoord verwacht
Can I have some water, please?
Would you like some tea?

'Any': bij 'never', 'hardly', 'without'
He never has any time.
She passed the test without making any mistakes.

anything, anyone, anybody, anywhere

Some (-thing, -one, -body, -where) gebruik je bij:

1. bevestigende zinnen
2. bij vragen waar je als antwoord ja op verwacht
3. Bij vragen waarbij je iets aanbiedt

1. There is someone in the garden.
2. Could I have some water, please?
3. Would you like something to eat?

1. ontkennende zinnen
2. bij alle andere vragen
