- Kijk eerst naar de titel, plaatje, intro, tussenkopjes. 
Wat is de grote lijn? 
- Lees de vraag. 
Streep aan in de tekst. 
Gaat het over 1 of meer alinea's? 
Dan staat het antwoord ergens in het stuk tekst.
Gaat het over 1 zin? 
Dan staat het antwoord er vlak boven of onder.
- Wat willen ze van je weten? 
Lees de tekst, streep de signaalwoorden en : aan
- Onzin antwoorden eruit gooien. 

- Hoe vaak komt het antwoord voor?
Kloppen alle elementen met het antwoord?
Past het in de grote lijn van het artikel?

Let op! De volgende woorden maken een antwoord in 95% van de gevallen fout:
