Present Simple
Dit gebruik je als in de zin duidelijk is dat het elke dag/week/uur/etc gebeurt of nooit
Let op woorden als always, often, every, usually, never ...

Regel:
Om wie gaat het?
he/she/it/1 persoon/1 object = werkwoord +s
I/you/we/they = werkwoord

(walk) She often ......... to school alone.
                       She often walks to school alone.

Present Continuous
Dit gebruik je als in de zin duidelijk is dat het nu aan de gang is.
Let op woorden als now, at the moment, ...
Soms kun je aan de rest van de zin/meerdere zinnen zien dat het nu aan de gang is.

Regel:
am / are / is + werkwoord + -ing


( walk)      She ..... to school at the moment.
                   She is walking to school at the moment.
