Present perfect vs. present perfect continuous

We use both to talk about past actions or states that are still connected to the present. 

1) The present perfect simple focuses on the result of the activity in some way.  Have/Has + past participle

2) The present perfect continuous usually focuses on the activity itself in some way.  Have/Has + been + verb + ing

What is the correct form in the following sentence:
