Calls to violence against minorities, unfounded insults, sharing classified information and owning and spreading child pronography is forbidden by law for the media.
Government is nto allowed to censor media, except in cases of classified state information.

In The Netherlands it was forbidden to insult gods up to 2014, now the law states that nobody can be insulted or discriminated against based on their religion, race or lifestyle

In The Netherlands it is a criminal offense to deny the holocaust. Due to the facts of the Second World War being what they are, it cannot be denied. It is seen as a criminal offense and antisemitism.

Homofobia is not punishable by law. It is also not forbidden to be denigrating about LGBTQ+. But discrimination based on sexual preference or calls to violence against LGBTQ+ are forbidden.
