Use when: something is happening right now.

She is reading a book right now.

People are chilling at home. 

You are listening to the teacher at the moment.

What is the Present Continuous?

The Present Continuous --> am / are / is + verb + ing

Use when: something is happening right now.

Tom isn't working very hard.

I am not listening to music right now.

Are you singing or am I hearing the radio?

Is she still writing her book or is it finished?
