Present simple

Gebruik: Present Simple als iets altijd, vaak, regelmatig, soms of nooit gebeurt:

• I brush my teeth every day
• That boy lives in Arnhem
• Does that girl also live in Arnhem?
• They visit their friends often
• They don't visit their friends a lot 

Vorm:

• Haal "to" van het werkwoord af
• Bij "he/she/it" +(e)s achter het werkwoord

Signaalwoorden:

Always, never, often, sometimes, usually
