Net zoals in het Nederlands kun je op nog een manier aangeven dat iets van iemand is:

                 Dat is mijn fiets.

                Die fiets is van mij.

De betekenis van de zin is hetzelfde, maar de manier van zeggen is anders. Net als in het Nederlands gebruik je dan een ander bezittelijk voornaamwoord
