Grammar 9 adjectives & adverbs

Adjective - Bijvoeglijk naamwoord - zegt iets over het zelfstandig naamwoord
Zegt iets over WAT iets is. --> I saw an awesome film on this perfect day. 

Gebruik je ook na de werkwoorden: to be, to look, to taste, to feel, to seem, to smell, to appear

Adverb - bijwoord - zegt iets over een werkwoord, bijvoeglijk naamwoord of een ander bijwoord

Zegt iets over HOE iets gebeurd. --> He was walking slowly and singing loudly. 

Adverbs of frequency - zegt iets over hoe vaak iets gebeurd. 

Staat voor het werkwoord, maar na een vorm van to be: am/is/are/was/were. 

He often sings awful songs. - The teacher is never late to class.
