What is a task?

In a task we make: 

- something (creative) with English language

In a task we learn: 

- skills, grammar and vocabulary

Benoem hierbij dat we vandaag vooral op nieuwe woordjes focussen

What do you know?

What words do you already know? Think of at least 5 about:

- School

- House (family)

- Hobbies & sports

- Nature & animals

- Fruits & vegetables

Name 2. We will write them on the board for inspiration.

Mini task: Memory

Step 1: create a memory game (~ 4 sets p.p.)

Step 2: Play each other's game 

Challenge: 

Use words you don't know yet!

Bedoeling: Leerlingen werken ongeveer 15 minuten aan een set. Ze krijgen per groep een onderwerp en mogen elkaar natuurlijk helpen met inspiratie en dergelijke. Per persoon is het de bedoeling dat er minstens 4 of 5 setjes worden gemaakt. Een met het woord in het Engels, de andere met een plaatje (of worst case: NL vertaling mooi vormgegeven). 

Goal for today:

• Did you learn new words,   or did you already know a lot?
