Remember the easiest way to do this is to underline the points you need to answer in the exam and use each of those points for a new paragraph in your Article:

Organsiation
Intro: I feel very well qualified to tell you about how to stay fit and healthy as it is something I spend a lot of my time doing.
P1: What I do......
P2: Why it makes me feel good
Conclusion: The conclusion is that if you want to feel healthy and fit you need to do it yourself, no one is going to make you healthy except you. And I’m doing everything I can to stay healthy and keep my fitness high.

Pushing myself to the maximum!

I feel very well qualified to tell you about how to stay fit and healthy as it is something I spend a lot of my time doing.

What I do to make myself feel fit and healthy is to train 7 times a week, 6 days I play football and on Tuesday I do boxing. You always have to eat healthily and what I always say to myself is "You have to put the right fuel in your body to perform the way you want to. Because if you train very hard but eat unhealthy food, you will not see the results."

Why do I like training so much ? Well it’s simple I want to be a professional football player and need to be disciplined. Because it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to become a professional player. I love training because I’m doing what I love to do and always want to push myself to the maximum.

The conclusion is that if you want to feel healthy and fit you need to do it yourself, no one is going to make you healthy except you. And I’m doing everything I can to stay healthy and keep my fitness high.

We're looking for articles about health and fitness. What kinds of things do you do that make you feel fit and health? Write an article telling us about them and explain why they make you feel good.
Ok, let's start by looking at the questions we have to answer. I have underlined two things.
1. What kind of things do you do to make you feel fit and healthy.
2. Why they make you feel good.

Tone
In articles we normally expect the readers to be people like us so we can write in a more informal style.
Informal English means that you should use contractions like I'm or haven't , colloquial words and expressions, for example: awesome or tons of.

Main paragraphs
In our plan we decided to break the topic points into two paragraphs, but we also have to focus on FCE requirements for an article:
  1. Stick to the topic and don't write about unrelated things.
  2. Support your answers with some experience or reasons
  3. Use informal language
  4. Use language that makes your article sound more interesting: adverbs and adjectives, idioms and phrasal verbs, use questions and humour.

Conclusion
In the closing paragraph you need to:
  1. Summarise what you wrote in your article.
  2. Comment on the topic or give your opinion one last time.
  3. End your article in an interesting way.

The conclusion shouldn't be too difficult to write if you have done a good job with the introduction and topic paragraphs.
