We use must / should  to talk about obligation, things that are necessary to do, or to give advice about things that are a good idea to do.

Should for warnings, advice and instructions

• You should work harder

Must for obligations or conclusions

• Construction workers must wear hard hats.
• The baby is crying. He must be hungry.
