The future simple tense is used when speaking about an action that will start and end in the future.

noun + will + infinitive verb

I will graduate in July.

What is a debate?

1. A debate always has arguments that you can clarify and support (usually with facts).
2. You listen to your opponent and give counter arguments.
3. You can't always pick if you agree or disagree with the statement.

Mini debates

We are going to hold mini debates in groups of 4.

2 people agree with the statement and 2 disagree.

Make a choice in your groups who agrees and who disagrees, take some time to prepare your arguments.

4. You call a taxi company and ask if they can bring you to a certain address at a certain time. A telephone operator takes your call.
