Restaurant Conversation

Person A works in a restaurant that person B is wanting to make a reservation for. Person B is trying to make a reservation for a big group with some dietary restrictions in the group. Person A is trying to help person B make the right reservation.

Person A is on a job interview. Person B is the interviewer asking them questions to find out if they will hire them. What do you look for in an employee? What kind of work would they have to do if you hired them? And what qualities do you think are important in work.
