An essay usually has a title, in the form of a question.

At the test you will get a few titles to choose from.

The introduction should consist of three sentences

(sentence introduction subject)

thesis sentence: what your opinion is

mini outline: what are you going to discuss in the body

You can use one sentence to introduce the subject if you want.

There should be 2 bodyparagraphs. Each should consist of 7 sentences

Each paragraph starts with a topic sentence. This is a statement which is either positive or negative. You then support the statement with  arguments such as explanations, examples etc. You need to develop your idea fully. Asking WHY? questions can help you to do this. In the last line you explain why this argument is relevant to your thesis question. Do not use more than 2 arguments per paragraph.

Should the Americans re-elect Donald Trump?

Donald Trump is, without doubt, the most controversial president the United States has ever had. Many people look forward to voting for him again when there are elections. However, there are strong reasons why the President should not be re-elected. In this essay we will look at political, international and personal reasons why POTUS should not get a second term in the White House.

First, The politics of Donald Trump are questionably. He had no previous exeperience in pubic office. He was a businessman.

It is high time the Americans had a new president since the serving president is an unpredictable man who endangers not only the image the world has of America and its president, but also the safety of a whole nation. He has alienated many heads of state with his remarks on twitter.  He has fired people, such as Mr Sessions, who do not do as he pleases. Therefore, he, is seen by many people abroad as a kind of a joke rather than  the mighiest man on earth . Finally, he has broken many trade agreements because  he wants to protect the American market. He does not believe in climate change and  he has  withdrawn America's support of the Paris Treaty. ,But, most damaging is his foreign policy. The whole situation with North-Korea was very tense at a certain moment and some people already feared that Donald Trump would start World War III. 

conclusion

In conclusion, I believe that, despite the prosperity he has brought to many citizens, I believe he should not be allowed to continue as president, even though many people would like to give him the chance to do everyhting he said he would do once he was elected. The damage he did to the image of his country and the American presidency, and his erratic and dangerous foreign policy is too worrying to grant him a second chance.
