Welcome the students, tell them that they are going to be taken along in a lesson series entailing six classes of which the topic will be marketing and advertising.

The goal for this lesson is to familiarize students with marketing, and vocabulary of this topic. There is also a listening assignment in this lesson but that is not the main focus

Marketing and Advertising

1. Create groups of 3/4 students
2. Think about what marketing and advertising means by yourself, take two minutes to do this 
3. Now discuss what they mean in your group and write down any words that come to mind (3 mins) 
4. Choose your best words and enter them into lesson up 
5. Discuss entries with whole class (3 mins)
