Writing Assignment

- You will write a short essay in class using your notes

- From the booklet you need to learn: Five parts form the humanistic view of man, five criteria of how a human should live, self-determination

- You will be asked to apply above theory on the documentaries and analyse in your essay.

Self determination

1. Euthanasia is a humane way of dying, with little suffering for the person dying and the surrounding family. It is done with the help of a doctor who, with the support of 3 other doctors, has checked the mental state of the doctor. 

Suicide can be done out of despair and can be a horrible death. It also potentially affects random bystanders that witness the attempt.
