Present Continuous

• When you are doing something right now:

- I am learning English

- You are listening to a story

• To talk about something in the nearby future.

- We are watching a movie tonight.

Present Continuous

Always use a form of 'to be' and verb + ing

I am walking

He/she/it is talking

We are gaming

You are playing

They are reading

Present Simple vs Present Continuous

Present simple	Present continuous
When: habits, regular actions, schedules	When: right now, near future
Infinitive (verb) or SHIT-rule = she, he, it --> verb + s	to be (am/is/are) + verb + ing
Signal words: always, never, usually, sometimes, on Saturdays ...	Signal words: (right) now, at the moment, look!, as we speak, currently...
