  2. What do you want the reader to do/know?
  3. Closing = conclusion/summary/ suggest possible follow-up

"The": Use "the" when you are referring to a specific item or things that are already known or have been mentioned before.
Example: The cat is on the roof.
Example: I saw a movie yesterday. The movie was fantastic.
