Narrative Style: The book is written from the perspective of Christopher Boone, a 15-year-old boy with autism. The way he experiences the world is different from many other narrators. He is highly logical, direct, and detail-oriented, and the narrative reflects this. His perspective may seem unusual, but offers some perspective in his way of dealing with autism.

Slide 5 - Diapositive

Christopher’s character shows behaviors often associated with autism, such as difficulty understanding emotions, a preference for structure and routine, and challenges with sensory overload. It's essential to respect that these traits are part of how Christopher navigates the world, and they give us a deeper understanding of his unique strengths and challenges.
Mind: this is not the same for every person with autism.

Slide 6 - Diapositive

Read the book without making assumptions about autism or Christopher's character. This story helps readers empathize with someone who sees and interacts with the world differently. Everyone has different ways of thinking, and Christopher’s perspective is just one way to experience life.

Friendly reminder that everyone who is disrespectful about the main character or autism will be removed from class immediately without a warning :).

You are allowed to share your opinion, just do it in a respectful way.

Poster grammar
You will work individually on this assignment.

The goal is to create a visually engaging and informative poster that will help explain the grammar topics to your classmates.

You will also present your poster in a 1-minute pitch, explaining the key points in an engaging way. This will take place in a future lesson.
