Verb + s

Verbs ending in –y

Consonant + -y = -ies

Vowel + -y = -ys

Verbs ending with an s sound

Get –es

Kiss > kisses catch > catches

Verbs ending in –o

Get –es

Do > does Go > goes

Remember!

She, he & it = -s

negatives & questions get 'do(n't)' or 'does(n't)'
