Definition

"Non-verbal communication includes facial expressions, the tone and pitch of the voice, gestures displayed through body language (kinesics) and the physical distance between the communicators (proxemics)".

Two students will receive a situation and will need to represent it in front of the class using ONLY non-verbal communication and zero words!

In the following slide you can find two situations that the students can represent without words.

Do not let students see the slide!! Give the situation on a PAPER.

FOR TEACHERS ONLY

Situation 

Client: You are at a restaurant and you want to order something to eat and drink. Ask for the menu, order something to eat and drink, ask for the bill, pay.

Waiter: You work at a restaurant, give the menu to the client, bring him/her the order, say how much it costs and take the money/card for the payment.

GIVE ON A PAPER THIS SITUATION TO THE PAIR OF STUDENTS THAT ARE GOING TO ACT.
