What country would you want to go to?

What will we do with this project?

• You will choose any city in another country
• You will make a travel guide for the city you chose
• In this guide, you will mention what places people should visit and why
• You can work in pairs or alone
• You can write the guide on a computer at home or right on paper (you have to make notes on paper in class!)

• Get creative to make it look nice and write clearly!

How will you be graded?

• 40% eindresultaat
• 60% inzet

• Doe je niet je best? Onvoldoende.
• Doe je heel erg je best, maar ziet het eindresultaat er minder netjes uit? Alsnog voldoende.
• Cijfer telt 1 keer mee

Je hebt in totaal 4 lessen dat je eraan kan werken. In les 4 moet het af zijn.

• You will follow an instruction (10 minutes)

• Het moet een boekje zijn
• Je kan het op een brochure laten lijken
• Je mag ook een A4 dubbelvouwen
• Als er maar informatie over de stad in staat

Wat moet er in een 'travel guide' staan?

• Informatie over de stad
• 1 Museum die je kan bezoeken
• 1 Restaurant waar je kan eten
• 1 Hotel waar je kan verblijven
• 1 extra plek die je kan bezoeken (bos, kerk, galerij, ...)

Allemaal in het Engels.

LET OP!!!!!!!

• Je mag geen informatie kopieren en plakken
• Je mag ook niet een aantal woorden aanpassen om het op jouw eigen werk te laten lijken
• Dit noem je plagiaat
• Dit is verboden
• Heb je je brochure niet volledig zelf geschreven, is het meteen een 1!
• De docent komt er altijd achter

Wat ga je vandaag doen?

• Je kiest een stad in het buitenland om een brochure voor te maken.
• Je mag je mobiel gebruiken. Vraag wel even toestemming zodat de docent het weet!

• Je zegt tegen de docent welke stad je hebt gekozen, en of je alleen of samen werkt

• Je begint met het schrijven van een samenvatting over de stad in je eigen woorden.

Paris is the best city to go to for your holiday. 

The weather is always beautiful, and there are a lot of museums to visit. 

You can also eat good food, like croissants and French fries. 

It also has the Eifel Tower, which is a very large monument. 

This brochure will tell you what places in Paris you should visit.
