Used to talk about what someone else said.
Go back in tense form from direct to reported speech

present simple -> past simple
present continuous -> past continuous
past simple -> past perfect
present perfect -> past perfect

Reporting questions
There are a couple of important things to consider when reporting questions.
1. go back in tense form
2. be aware of word order (different from Dutch!)
3. we don't use do/does/did to form reported questions.

Common mistakes:

He asked where was I working.
They wanted to know where was he.
He asked me where did I work.
She asked do you like Indian food.

Corrections

He asked where I was working.
They wanted to know where he was.
He asked where I worked.
She asked if I liked Indian food.

She said me that she was happy.
He told that he'd got the job.

Corrections

They asked me to call them back.
She said that she was happy.

CT continuation test
1. jullie krijgen een brief thuis gestuurd met daarin de mededeling of je wel of niet door kan gaan met CT in klas 4.
2. dit is gebaseerd op de continuation test maar vooral op het werk van de afgelopen jaren en hoe de unit toetsen zijn gegaan.
3. Minder focus op de test want er lijkt door sommigen van jullie gefraudeerd te zijn.

1. Mocht je hebben 'valsgespeeld' dan hoor ik dat graag via de mail persoonlijk en eerlijk van je.
2. Mocht je hebben valsgespeeld om alsnog door te kunnen gaan dan zal je volgend jaar merken hoe zwaar het wordt in de bovenbouw om dit vast te houden.
3. Nog niet iedereen heeft de vragenlijst ingevuld graag alsnog doen.
