  • Action  When the feedback is read, the writer should know how to improve.
  • References  The feedback has to do with what you see in the checklist
  • Kind  Don't be mean, be critical and helpful

  • Specific  The structure of your letter is incorrect
  • Problem  The introduction paragraph doesn't tell us why you are writing
  • Action  As well as telling us what your points are explain to us why you are writing
  • References  Correct structure in your letter will make your letter more easier to understand
  • Kind  The structure of your letter is incorrect but could be easily improved if you explain in the introduction why you are writing. Then we'll understand it more easily.
