ATL: Make inferences and draw conclusions

This task focuses on 

Strand i. identify explicit and implicit information (facts and/or opinions and supporting details)

You will practise identifying implicit information to get the higher grades, but what does this mean?

'implicit'

Look up the definition of 'implicit' and write it in your own words ! Include an example if you can. 

Implied information

= what is meant, but not directly written or spoken

e.g. Juana habla español, inglés, francés y japonés. Ella va de vacaciones a España, Francia, Costa Rica, Japón, Australia, y a muchos otros países.

Based on this information, we can say that Juana speaks a lot of languages, although that's not directly written, is it?
