He is listening to me at the moment. 

Present Continuous

Vraagzin ?: 

Am/are/is + persoon +werkwoord+ing

 Are you watching a movie? 

Ontkennende zin - : 

Persoon + am/are/is +not + werkwoord+ing

No, we are not watching a movie. 

(is not = isn't , are not= aren't)
