Simple past
When talking about something that happened in the past.
Positive: just one word, second in row (walk, WALKED, walked - go - WENT - gone)
- I walked to school yesterday
- She went to a party last week
Negative: didn't + hele werkwoord
- I didn't walk to school yesterday
- She didn't go to a party last week.
Question: Did at front of sentence + hele werkwoord
- Did you walk to school yesterday?
- Did she go to a party last week?
