Het examen
Het vak Engels wordt afgesloten met een beroepsspecifiek examen dat valt onder kerntaak 3: Relatiebeheer en klantenservice. Tijdens het examen moet de student het volgende laten zien op B1 niveau:
- Kan verkoopgesprekken in het Engels voeren
- Kan berichten opstellen en presentaties uitwerken in het Engels
- Kan promotiegesprekken in het Engels voeren
- Kan ten behoeve van relatiebeheer en klantenservice luisteren naar berichten in het Engels
- Kan relatiebeheer- en klantenservicegesprekken in het Engels voeren
- Kan berichten opstellen in het Engels
- Kan netwerkcontacten opbouwen en onderhouden in het Engels
- Kan klant-, product- en marktinformatie in het Engels lezen
