Vraag studenten naar eigen voorbeelden en noteer deze op het bord.

Instruction

• Look at the card
• Write down a  complaint
• Write down a request (what do you want?)
• If needed, use the scaffold (word)

Complaints:

• You have bought a book
• How do you complain?
• How could you make a request?
• Make a polite complaint + request

Hoe klaag je in het Engels?
Hoe vraag je om een oplossing in het Engels? > docent schrijft dit op het bord.> Dient als taalsteun.

• Student 1. Imagine you have this complaint
• Student 2. Imagine you are the employee in the bookstore
• How would this play out?
• Student 1 klaagt bij student 2 en vraagt been ander boek
• Student 2 moet reageren op wat student 1 zegt.

• Switch rolesl
• Pick a new card
• Etc.
