Present simple

Tegenwoordige tijd om feiten, gewoonten en regelmatige gebeurtenissen aan te geven

Signaalwoorden: always, ever, every day, often, sometimes, usually, never

Hele werkwoord (SHIT--> +s)

Present continuous

Tegenwoordige tijd om te zeggen dat iets nu aan de gang is of om irritatie aan te geven. 

Signaalwoorden: now, right now, at the moment.

am/are/is + het hele werkwoord + -ing 

Present simple 

Bevestigende zin:

I play football.

Negatieve zin:

I don't play football

Vraagzin:

Do you play football?

Present continuous 

Bevestigende zin:

I am playing football.

Negatieve zin:

I am not playing football.
