How to form questions?

think about the 5 WH

Who are you traveling with?

Why do you come here?

What is your name?

Where do you come from / are you coming from?

When did you get here?

How are you traveling?

Can / could / may

 - I ….?

Can / could / do / did / are / were / have

 – you …?

Can / could / does / did / is / was / has

 – he …?

Examples

Can I see your pass, please?

Could I see your ID, please?

May I look into your bag, please?

How can you say that you are going to do something or that something is going to happen?

for instance: WE zullen nu je auto doorzoeken

Examples:

My commander is going to ask you some questions

The interpreter will translate what I am saying

I am going to call my commander

He is going to perform a body search

How do we say someting is happening at the moment?

Your car is now being searched

My commander is coming

We are waiting for him to show up
