know how the characters feel (e.g. how Winnie feels about her life, how the Tucks feel about being immortal, how does everyone feel about the woods, etc)
write a summary/go through the book and take notes/look up information online

- opinion piece: pick a scene in which you disagree with how Winnie handles a situation. Describe how you would change the scene.
