What does Amnesty do?
  • Amnesty stands up for Human Rights by campaining, protesting, researching and teaching about it. 
  • During Write for Rights you will show that you support the people we talk about.
  • Because of this project, we help them! Governments reslease them from prison and stop the abuse. The people feel supported and will continue with their work.

Rights always apply to everyone, everywhere.
What do we mean when we talk about rights?

a right is like a law, if you violate it, you will be punished.

a right is like a rule in a game, it creates fair rules and agreements.

a right is like a punishment, if you do something that you shouldn't, you will get a right.
