  • Source 3> The Netherlands are invaded by Germany, this radio message informs the people of the invasion. 
  •  Source 6> Newspapers received instructions every day on what they were allowed to write. A special department checked to see if they complied.
  •  Source 2 > First mayor Dutch protest against razzia's. Workers in the west on strike 
  •  Source 1> All men between 17-40 had to register for forced labour in Germany. Refusing could costyou your life. 
  •  Source 5> Dutch famine caused by a shortage of food supplies. 20.000 died of hunger and misery
